I get 74.4 percentage in improvement exams and 80 percentile in jee 2020 can I take second drop for iiit Bangalore ,nsut,DTU. am I eligible for this college please reply

Firstly your percetile score is too low if you belong to general category, hence you won't get all these college.
Secondly you can give jee mains 6 times that is 2 times in a year and for consecutive 3 years . Therefore your two attempts are left.
But you can't give the boards improvement for the second time if you can't score more than 75% in your improvement then you don't have any options left, if next year the government stops this 75% eligibility again then you should score more than 96+ percetile to get into your aspired college other wise there are other options as well.
