Yes you can get admission
You may get branches like Civil, EEE, ECE
Getting CSE and IT is bit difficult

For admission in Maulana Abdul Kalam University, Kolkata through WBJEE in the general category the range of Cut off as per previous year was around 2400-3400.

You seem to have a bleak chance for admission in this university.

NEET is condudted for admission to medical and allied courses. To get into B.Tech biotechnology, NEET won't be of help.

College Infrastructure

MAKAUT provides adequate infrastructure with classrooms, labs, library, sports facilities, and hostels. Facilities vary across affiliated colleges, but most support academic learning. Living spaces are generally clean and hostel food is hygienic.

MAKAUT provides a decent academic environment.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of MAKAUT is decent but not outstanding. Classrooms are well-ventilated and equipped with basic facilities like projectors. Labs are functional, though some equipment could be upgraded. The library has a good collection of academic books and digital resources. However, campus maintenance and modernization can be improved.

Good experience but placement cell need improvement

Overall the college infrastructure was very good and the architecture was very more than it is a indoor stadium that was very well includes volleyball football badminton court and many other games the library has very well
