Is this your JEE Main rank ? If yes then through JEE main you can not take the admission in IIT. And in both PEC Chandigarh & NIT Delhi the best option is PEC as per the rating. If you want to check your other options then you can use

The campus is well maintained with all the facilities needed for a particular student like ground, canteen and students sitting place. The classroom capacity is really good in size. Laboratories and computer labs are all working properly with all the equipments.
