NIT Delhi Fee Structure
NIT Delhi fees change from one course to another. BTech fees at NIT Delhi for 4 years is Rs 6.44 lakhs, which includes tuition fees, institute fees, annual fees, one-time fees and others. At PG level, NIT Delhi fees of MTech course for 2 years is Rs 2.15 lakhs. The tuition fees of NIT Delhi depend on family income and the category of the students.
For general/OBC/EWS students with family income more than 5 LPA, the admission and tuition fees is Rs 64,500, and if family income is between 1 to 5 LPA, then it is Rs 22,833. Academics
Academics are strong and well-structured. The syllabus is updated and covers both theory and practical knowledge. Professors are knowledgeable and mostly supportive, helping students understand concepts clearly. Regular assignments, quizzes, and exams keep students engaged in studies. Students also get chances for projects, internships, and research work, which improves their skills. Sometimes, teaching quality may differ between subjects, but overall academics are good and help in building a solid engineering foundation.
College Infra
NIT Delhi has good and modern infrastructure, especially inside the campus. Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors, smart boards, and air conditioning. Labs are properly maintained with all necessary equipment for practical learning. The campus has Wi-Fi, a central library, and a computer center with high-speed internet. Sports facilities like cricket, football, and basketball are also available. Hostels are decent and clean, but food quality is average. The campus is still developing, so some areas are under construction, but overall facilities are good for students.
Campus Life
Campus life is enjoyable and growing. Students take part in various clubs, cultural events, and technical activities throughout the year. Fests and competitions provide good exposure and fun. The environment is friendly, and students get chances to interact and build connections. Sports and extracurricular activities are also encouraged. Since the campus is still developing, some facilities are limited, but overall campus life is active, balanced, and engaging for students.
Placements
Placements are good and improving every year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment, especially for branches like CSE, ECE, and EE. Students get decent salary packages, with some getting high packages based on their skills. The placement cell is active and helps students with training, resume building, and interview preparation. Internship opportunities are also provided, which helps in final placements. However, core branch placements can be a bit lower compared to IT branches. Overall, placements are good and offer decent career opportunities.
Value For Money
NIT Delhi offers good value for money compared to many private colleges. The fees are reasonable, and students get quality education, decent infrastructure, and good placement opportunities. Being a government institute, it has a strong reputation, which helps in career growth. Students also get access to scholarships and financial assistance. Although the campus is still developing, the overall benefits in terms of learning, exposure, and placements make it worth the investment.

It has modern classrooms with projectors and e-podiums. Multiple labs for engineering disciplines good sports facility, modern classrooms, well-equipped labs and central library. Hostel avAilable campus is still developing
Placements
Around 230+ companies visited the campus and offered jobs. Overall placement rate is 86% for BTech students . Overall placement rate 86% for BTech students highest package is 58.5%. CSE often sees the best placement rates (close to 100% )

The professors and faculty members are really good and are supportive with the students. They help in academics and also participate in all kind of seminars, competitions judging and also helping the students to grow competitive spirit among them.
College Infra
The campus is well maintained with all the facilities needed for a particular student like ground, canteen and students sitting place. The classroom capacity is really good in size. Laboratories and computer labs are all working properly with all the equipments.
Placements
The placements of the college is really good as it has a very good NIRF ranking among all the nits. The training and placement cell of our college has connections with many top companies like Google, Amazon, oracle etc.

My jee percentile is 72 and i am gen, will get chance in NIT delhi ??
With a 72 percentile in JEE Main and General category, your rank would be around 3.1–3.3 lakh, which is far beyond the cutoff for NIT Delhi. Even for less demanded branches, General category cutoffs at NIT Delhi usually close below 40,000–50,000.
So, admission to NIT Delhi is not possible with
