    It seems you will be applying through home state quota. However, you haven't mentioned your category. The cutoffs also depend on this. Now going by last year's cutoffs, if applied through home state quota, the cutoff rank for Civil engineering in NIT Srinagar was around 76890 i.e. approx 94 percentile

    Going by the formula [100-92.72*869010/100], your All India Rank is around 62-63k approximately. Yes, with this rank you can join NIT Srinagar. Analysing the previous year data, under home state quota, the cutoffs were:
    For Electrical Engineering- 98000 (approx.)
    For Information Technology- 137700 (approx.)
    So definitely there's a

    Considering rank formula, your rank will be around 60k-63k. As you know cutoffs changes every year because it is dependent upon various reason like, Number of Students appearing for the exam, Difficulty of the paper, etc.

    But if you consider previous year cutoffs then you can get ECE at NIT

    Quite calm environment and good academics, cultural fests.

    The infrastructure of college is very calm and greeny and feels like less stressed and relaxed always. Classrooms are spacious labs are functional, and the scenic campus near dal lake is beautiful. hostels are average but facilities are gradually getting better.

    The campus is honestly one of the most beautiful in the country with a scenic view of Dal lake and surroundings mountain. some hostels are a bit old. but they are manageable overall the natural beauty makes the college feel special.

    Facilities are okay, with classrooms that are functional and equipped with WiFi and smartboards. Laboratories meet basic needs. The library is large but lacks some newer resources. Sports facilities are acceptable, though not always fully utilized. Hostels need better cleanliness, and food needs improvement.
