It seems you will be applying through home state quota. However, you haven't mentioned your category. The cutoffs also depend on this. Now going by last year's cutoffs, if applied through home state quota, the cutoff rank for Civil engineering in NIT Srinagar was around 76890 i.e. approx 94 percentile for general category. For computer science it was around 37374 or approx 97 percentile in Jee Main. Now this is last year's data and next year it might change as the cutoffs depend on various factors. So you must aim to score more than the cutoff percentiles.
