I can't say much about these two colleges as i have not been a part of these institutes. But if you consider all the issues and area then go for JNUTH. If you consider the demographic ways then Hyderabad is well located as compare to Srinagar.

It is very late to answer your query. JOSSA counselling is over now, With this score the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs. I hope you had applied for the private colleges or state counselling.

Dear it will surely be refunded if you want to not get that seat but only after a deduction because you got that seat in spot round.You just need to fill the withdrawl form and keep yourself updated.The fee will definitely get refunded to your bank account.
