Hello Prateek,

Let me help you.

If you've got a seat in the first round but wish to opt out in second round, select SURRENDER AND NOT PARTICIPATE in ROUND-2 . The fee will he refunded after deducting 1,500 to 5,000. Although refund time can take months.
