There can a increase of 15 to 20K. If you belong to general category than also there are same chances.

If still you don't get a seat you may go till the 2 special round.

The above given information is based on the previous year cut-off where in 1st round for CSE branch closing cutoff was 36K and for the second round the closing rank got a rise of 20K.

Hello there. By seeing the last year cutoffs you might get a seat under the home quota but at some limited branches only which include civil, mechanical and matellurgy. Still their is always some uncertainty so it's not 100% garuntee that you will get the seat but you have some chances

The average package of CSE at NIT Srinagar is about 3-4 lpa. The usual companies which knock at the doors of this NIT are Wipro, TCS ,Infosys which are famous for providing meagre packages at the initial years and raise later.

The highest package varies each year from 50-80 lpa given to individuals with exceptional coding capabilities.

Dear student, as you are a non-state quota eleigible candidate, the cutoffs for these sort of candidates are bit high for NITs. With around 79k rank, you won't be able to get any of the core branches (CSE, ECE, Mechanical, Civil) in any of NITs in India. For this your must be below 10000 in JEE Mains accroding to the previous year's data.

You haev no chance of getting NIT with this rank. The cutoff for lat year goes from 1000-46k.

Dear Aspirant,

You will not be able to get admission in NIT Srinagar for another state quota. Even for home state, you will find it troublesome to get admission in NIT Srinagar. For securing a seat in NITs your CRL should be under 70-80k unless your home state NIT is on the lower side of NITs like NIT Uttarakhand.

No as far as the cutoff for nit Srinagar is concerned I doubt that you can get admission  into nit Srinagar.The cutoff for the least preferred branch is around 50k and you dont even stand in top 2% hence you start looking for other options.
