No as far as the cutoff for nit Srinagar is concerned I doubt that you can get admission  into nit Srinagar.The cutoff for the least preferred branch is around 50k and you dont even stand in top 2% hence you start looking for other options.

Hi ! No you can't get nit srinagar on the basis of your JEE main marks and board marks. First of all you doesn't have 75% board marks. That's a huge blow. Now 46 Percentile will fetch you a rank of 10 lacs to 12 lacs which is not enough
