You will not be able to get admission in NIT Srinagar for another state quota. Even for home state, you will find it troublesome to get admission in NIT Srinagar. For securing a seat in NITs your CRL should be under 70-80k unless your home state NIT is

No as far as the cutoff for nit Srinagar is concerned I doubt that you can get admission  into nit Srinagar.The cutoff for the least preferred branch is around 50k and you dont even stand in top 2% hence you start looking for other options.

Hi ! No you can't get nit srinagar on the basis of your JEE main marks and board marks. First of all you doesn't have 75% board marks. That's a huge blow. Now 46 Percentile will fetch you a rank of 10 lacs to 12 lacs which is not enough

If we consider the previous year cutoff then congratulations you can get your electrical branch in nit srinagar. Even you can get computer science branch if you want to.

There isn't much placement for student of Civil Engineering studying in NIT Srinagar. IBM came last to a year ago and took student from Civil branch at a package of 3.15 LPA (approx.). The graduates for the most part settle on higher investigations or they attempt off campus.
