the DTU and NSIT are the best colleges to get the admission for it, in case if you are general frankly its not possible while if have category then you might get there are very less chances to get as the AIR is very low like 14k for non

As it is clearly mentioned that 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi residence candidates.And rest for others. If you are a candidate for Delhi region then your chances will be more to get admission.

Since you have told that you are getting 130-140 marks then your rank may be approximately 34,000-37,000 AIR. This rank can't assure admission in DTU, Delhi. However, there are chances that you can get Biotechnology or other less popular engineering branch there.
