I would like to say that nothing is fixed because the cut offs are decided by the difficulty of exam paper  and numbers acquired by the candidates .

At first many many congratulations for your success. Without officially released cut-off details for the participating instituions in JEE MAIN paper 2 by the conduting authority, it's obvious that we can't make any accurate comment about any kind of instituions.

Still as per our assumption and the previous year's

NIT Calicut would be the better option in my opinion since it's been around for much longer than SPA Vijaywada. But if you're hindered by financial barriers, SPA Vijaywada would be better.

If we consider 2020 Rankings, then SPA Delhi is better than NIT Bhopal, rankings are given based on so many important factors. But, if we consider infrastructure, then NIT Bhopal has better Infrastructure.

NIT's are considered most of  the time better than SPAs in terms of placements. But whatever

SPA Delhi is better since it is much older in reputation than Vijaywada.

The fees for SPA Delhi are much less as compared to SPA Vijaywada.

The salary package offered is also higher in delhi.
