Well dear,SPA is one of the most prestigious colleges of Architecture also known as IIT of architecture,so it has a really high cut-off,even though according to your OBC rank you can get admission here,but,since you said your home state is Tamil Nadu,so,if you are OBC from Tamil Nadu,then in Delhi you will be counted as general and according to your CRL getting admission is really difficult as you need a CRL of 1000 or less to get admission here,If your OBC certificate is issued from the central government then you have chanches to get admission here else with CRL is really difficult.

As you have secured 96.83389 percentile and are aiming SPA Delhi and SPA Vijayawada.To be true it would be very tough for you to get into these colleges as the usual cutoff trends show a 99-99.2+ cutoff which seems a bit high.So covering up of this amount of difference may be a bit too tough.But still you have a very good score and if you are still aiming to get into engineering stream you have some very good options alongwith similar good options in  any other good private architecture college.So do not lose hope and all my best wishes to you.Hope you get admitted in the best college.

Assuming that your domicile was Delhi your chances of getting admission in SPA Delhi are good as the cutoff rank is around 602 for GEN EWS for B. Planning and 206 for B.Arch and your category rank is 158.

A rank of 37752 is a bit low of a rank. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score. Also other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes ( CFTIs) such as the IIITs also would be a bit tough. SPA might be a good chance for you to get into

However, since you have not mentioned any reservation, the chances of you getting into some some of these universities can a bit on the higher side if you belong to a reserved category. Since you have not specified the course, there are even some new NITs into which you have a good chance of getting into such as NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Pondicherry etc.

See, at present it is very diffcult to tell whether you will get SPA Vijayawada or not since the cutoffs and counselling has not yet started.

However, as per previous trends it seems a bit diffcult for you to get a seat in SPA Vijayawada.

SPA Delhi admission is based solely on the score you have obtained in JEE Main (paper 2).

SPA DELHI is best and prestigious college than Nits.Basically they are more focus on new trends in artectiture industry while Nits were focussing on the theory part.

Since SPA delhi is the centre of attraction for many companies as it is in the capital and from many states good and intellectual students were take admission every year.

Hostel fees is around 30,000 including refundable deposit of around 6000 - Spa delhi
