Getting admission into JJ college of Architecture and SPA delhi is totally different. Since both of these colleges give admission  different exams. JJ college of Architecture Mumbai gives admission on the basis of NATA score while SPA delhi gives admission on basis of JEE mains score.

Since you have good score in JEE mains paper 2, seeing your rank you category , you must apply for SPA delhi.

Also, Seeing the previous years cutoff trends of this college, you can easily get admission into it.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc.

however there is separate cutoff available  for b.arch or b planning course for state quota and all india quota. at this rank you have less chances in any NITS in all india quota.

In SPA Vijayawada, last year closing rank was 2157. So they are less chances. SPA's in India(Three) will never accepts NATA score for admission in B.Arch. SPA Delhi admission is only based on JEE Mains Paper-2 and the seats are allotted on the basis of merit by JOSAA .

But there are many more colleges which accepts NATA score all over the country who take admission in BArch program.

You haven't mentioned the exam assuming that it is the rank secured in JEE Main Paper 2 , in 2019 a candidate with rank belonging to ST category with rank 65 secured seat in SPA, New Delhi. This was the cut off rank in round 7. Considering previous year cut off it is difficult to get seat in SPA, New Delhi. However, cut off subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Spa Delhi offers good placements to students. As the batch for b arch is just of 25 students. All are placed till completion of their degree.

Recruiting companies are Deloitte, EY, Atkins, WSP etc.

Average salary package is 4-5 LPA

Highest package is 12-14 LPA

You haven't mentioned your category and domicile here. I am considering you from General category and seeing your profile from Delhi.

According to previous year cutoffs, you can't get SPA Delhi if your rank is AIR 2778 as the closing rank is AIR 809. You can get admission in state level and private colleges as this rank.

you have to go through the counselling process. in counselling application, you can give SPA delhi as first priority college campus. as your categorical rank is good, you will surely get SPA campus for BArch.

You have to go through Jossa counselling process. there is no other way to get admission into SPA campus.
