I'm very afraid to inform that you don't have enough possibilities to get admitted in SPA Delhi with this ranks and percentile. Because to get chance in that eminent institution you would secure atleast 486 CRL and 79 OBC-NCL rank (according to the previous year's cut-off).

Though the cut-off ranks change every year based on several determining factors like number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, total number of available seats, difficulty level to exam etc, still it can be atleast estimated that it can't be so much decreased from 486 to 2082.

Hope you doing absolutely fine . According to my point of view nit Trichy is far better college than spa delhi due it placement and huge lush green campus and lot exposure and opportunities and it good placement for B.Arch students

You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category the cut off in 2019 round 7 was as follows

• SPA, Vijayawada:2157
• SPA, Delhi: 768
• SPA, Bhopal: 2009

Considering this you may not get seat in SPA with your rank. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available.

I would obviously suggest SPA Vijayawada. And to make my opinion right, I will also give u some points.

• For a fractured bone, will u consult a doctor of General Medicine or a Orthopedic. Similarly for Architecture and Planning SPAs are best in the country.
• Even with a short period of time, SPAV has marked its presence in south. SPAV was over all winner in Zone 5 of ZONASA 2016.

I will say SPA Delhi, if you have not gone through rankings of institutes then i will say SPA Delhi is fourth ranked institute. There are many factors or parameters like teaching and  learning resources, peer perceptions, graduation outcomes and many more, if a institute satisfies all these parameters then it gets such a good ranking. So, no doubt SPA Delhi.

The School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi is one of the most prestigious institutes in the country. Based of the previous year cutoff the opening rank for the General candidate for Bachelor of Planning was 1450 - 2966 and for Bachelor of Architecture it was 31-768.

So, based on your rank you have a pretty good chance of getting a seat in the Bachelor of Planning course at SPA, Delhi.
