If you score 250+ in JEE Paper 2, you may have a good chance of getting admission to various institutes, including NITs (National Institutes of Technology), SPAs (School of Planning and Architecture), and JJ College of Architecture, especially considering your OBC category status, which typically has a lower cutoff than the General category.
i will give you brief explanation of each type of institute:
For NITs :

Hi
hope you doing well
Based on your Jee score of 98.64 percentile your estimated rank would likely be around 1,500 to 2,000. Since you're in the ST category, you may have a better chance of securing admission at institutions with lower cutoffs for that category.
The School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi has had varying cutoffs over the years. Generally, the cutoff for the ST category tends to be lower than for the general category, but specific cutoffs can change annually based on the number of applicants and their performance.
The ST category cutoffs for SPA Delhi for architecture have been around 2,000 to 3,000 ranks, but it can vary.
Follow the official SPA Delhi admissions website or the JOSAA website for real-time updates on seat availability and cutoffs.
Best Wishes.
Hi, Siya
hope you doing well
While having a score of 99.04 percentile in JEE Paper 2A (B.Arch), you have a very strong chance of getting admission to SPA Delhi. However, admissions to Schools of Planning and Architecture (SPAs), including SPA Delhi, depend on various factors:
SPA Delhi has different cutoffs for General, OBC, SC, ST, and EWS categories.
SPAs don't have home state quotas, as they are national institutions. Hence, your admission is purely based on your JEE Paper 2 rank and category.
SPAs don't have home state quotas, as they are national institutions. Hence, your admission is purely based on your JEE Paper 2 rank and category.
If you belong to the General category , you should stand a decent chance, though admission is competitive. For reserved categories, the chances improve further.

Hello
Nabin Prasad
, I think you are confused about the branch because b.tech in CSE is not a branch in school or planning and architecture in delhi (SPA).
But there is a B.arch course and it is also in LPU so may be I think you are confused about the branch or may be about the college.
Hope you understand :)
Hi there. In response to your query most of these colleges on their website do mention in section under modes of admission for undergraduate students the exact procedure for the same. For example, like VIT does hold its own examination VITEEE for which information is available on their website. Hence you would need to confirm the same for remainder of the institutes as well.
Hope this answer helps; best wishes

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, to get into School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi, you need to get 99 percentile in JEE Mains exam. Because the university considers JEE Mains score as the eligibility criteria to get into the university. Mostly, if you score more than 300+ you have better chances to get into that university. However, the cutoff varies from one year to other.
Hope this helps you,
Thank you.
Hi,
Best NIT for B.Arch - NIT Trichy
Best SPA for B.Arch - SPA Delhi
In my opinion you should go for SPA Delhi.
SPA Delhi has established brand name since its establishment in 1944 as it is the oldest college of its kind. It has a rigorous admission procedure taking top rankers from JEE (around AIR 800 for B.Arch & AIR 1600 for B.Planning) for undergraduate and through 5 way (SOP, GATE along with academic score and achievements till UG, Written test, experience & Interview) process for Post Graduate. Hence You are gonna find a bunch of top class students from all over the country. The faculty members include either the experienced academicians or the renowned professionals from their field. NIT focuses more on theory part and SPA focuses more on the recent trends in Architectural technology. For an architect SPA Delhi is as prestigious as IIT for a Civil Engineer.
There are many factors you need to consider before concluding which is better:
Here is the sequence :-
Hope this helps.
The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
The facilities and the infrastructure available to us on our campus are amazing, as they provide us with 24*7 Wi-Fi and electricity, and only this means that our entire college is equipped with cameras, therefore making campus life safe for girls and making it a safe place.
