No, you don't have any chance for admission in NITs , SPAs or even CFTIs for BArch/Bplanning for such rank. If your category rank would have been been under 500 then there may have some chances.

You haven't mentioned the home state quota you hold for which state.  For other state quota you don't have any chance for any of NITs nor for SPAs. You may have chance in college in which you hold Homestate quota.  Apart from that you may get admission in BIT
