Cut off changes every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

If you wish to get admission in B. Arch in NIT, SPA, GFTI you need to appear for JEE Main 2022 if you are eligible and score minimum 95-97 percentile. Or you can seek admission this year in private institutes accepting JEE Main score.

Hello,

Last year a candidate with rank 418 belonging to OBC-NCL category (other state) secured admission in to National Institute of Technology Calicut in B.Architecture in round 6 of JoSAA counselling. Considering the previous year cut off you have decent chances to get seat in National Institute of Technology, Calicut. But cut off depends on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. So it may increase or decrease this year based on above mentioned factors.

  • PG courses include M. Arch, M. Planning, M. Des., MBEM for which application mode is offline and the admissions are based on the valid Graduation qualified marks in relevant subjects.
  • Ph.D. admissions are based on valid UGC-NET examinations score.

Let me know the answer for the above asked question then accordingly I will be able to guide you.

Hello

It's difficult to predict that you get seat in spa vijayawada inspite of scoring 95.1 percentile as in making merit list of nata result your 12 marks is also considered.

Previous year closing rank for Spa for different categories are-

General-2157

EWS-453 (category rank)

OBC-1227 (category rank)

Sc-581 (category rank)

St-245 (category rank)

If your rank is below 500 in EWS category then you have chance of getting Spa vijayawada.

Cutoff are subject to chance depending upon no of candidates and difficultly of exam.

Campus Life: 4.2/5

I am absolutely dissatisfied with academics

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.

Our college was offered the best placements for students

College Infrastructure

There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.

SPA Delhi has the best memorable day

College Infrastructure

The facilities and the infrastructure available to us on our campus are amazing, as they provide us with 24*7 Wi-Fi and electricity, and only this means that our entire college is equipped with cameras, therefore making campus life safe for girls and making it a safe place.
