Generally the all the SPAs closes before 3000 rank in general category. For your percentile of 90.60 your general rank will be around 14000. 

So it seems you have very low chances for getting any seat in SPA delhi.

As per percentile you mentioned you will be having general rank around 7000.

And according to trends per last years the closing rank for NITs for barch are around 2000. And for SPAs around 3000.

So you have less chance of getting SPAs. You can check cutoff here
