Nit(Calicut) :244 to 393 rank

Nit(Patna):855 to 1478rank

Nit(raipur):1346 to 12000rank

Nit(roukela):349 to 2000 rank

U would definitely get into nit's .To be clear you would be eligible for other good colleges if rank is below 758 .

Since you have not mentioned your category, so assuming you are from General Category.
With 230-240 marks, your rank would be around 2k-2.5k.
The cutoffs for SPA Bhopal for 2018 was:-

for BArch:-closing rank was 870
for Bachelor of Planning:- Closing rank was 1912.

The cutoffs for MANIT Bhopal for 2018 was:-
for BArch:-   Home state 3235
                  Other states 1629
for Bachelor of planning:-    Home state   5707
                                        other states   2839

The given ranks are general category ranks for the last round of counselling.

School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 studies with Mathematics as compulsory subject and 50% minimum marks in the 10+2 qualifying examinations are eligible for admission into the B.Arch. and B.Plan. courses at SPA. Candidates who are applying for the B.Arch. and B.Plan. courses will be allotted seats based on their performance in the JEE Main. Admission in postgraduate courses will be granted to candidates who have completed their undergraduate education from a relevant field of study with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Selection to PG courses will be based on qualifying degree and subsequent testing rounds which will be conducted by SPA.
• Candidates applying to Ph.D. programs are required to have completed their Master’s degree in a relevant field of study with minimum 55% marks.

It would be difficult to tell you the exact as JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time. As per your score your probable rank will be 2,625 - 2,925 and your probable percentile will be 97.5 to 99.5.
