Both marksheets off NATA and JEE are valid for applying in Sir JJ architecture college, Mumbai. Whichever you feel has good score, you can apply with that if you have appeared in both exams.

Now for SPA Delhi and Gujarat the scenario is bit different. They only accept JEE MAIN- PAPER 2 score for admission.

SPA Delhi provides admission on the basis of score obtained in JEE Main. SPE Delhi JEE Main cutoff is declared separately for each category. They admits candidate through JoSSA counselling.
