Dear student yes you have chance to get admission but not 100 percent confirm you get admission but you have chance to get admission as per previous cutoff percentage and you wait what happened in future cutoff.

Hii,I got 743 OBC-NCL rank in jee mains paper 2 in 2019. Is there any chances to get into spa delhi?

The previous year cut off was 302 rank for OBC-NCL for architecture branch. So keeping that in mind it will not be possible to get a seat in architecture in SPA Delhi with your rank. However, you can opt for the Planning Engineering where the cut offs go comparitively lower.

i have got a rank of 5520 in jee mains paper 2 barch 2019 ,can expect addmission in any spa or jmi . in general cat

The chances of you getting into an SPA with this rank in JEE Mains 2019 is quite low. The previous years' cut offs have not come below 3000 rank for general Category. Also for JMI you need approximately 200 marks above in non Muslim category. So here too the chances

Hope you are doing well.
With 92.8 percentile your CRL rank would be around 9500-10000 which is very high in case of JEE Mains paper 2.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to get into any of NITs or GFTIs or SPAs since most of them have a closing

You need to score above 320 for B.Arch program and above 250 for B.Plan.

That has been the trend in the last few years.

Colleges which accept jee mains paper 2 score and take admission into barch program include

Nit(Calicut) :244 to 393 rank

Nit(Patna):855 to 1478rank

Nit(raipur):1346 to 12000rank

Nit(roukela):349 to 2000 rank

U would definitely get into nit's .To be clear you would be eligible for other good colleges

College Infrastructure

The School of planning and architecture Delhi is known as the one of the best place in India for planning and designing studies .The overall interest picture of the campus is good but it is more focus on academic species then on luxury facility. The classrooms are simple plane and Vela arrange and with a projectors and boots that make a learning comfortable.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.

College Infrastructure

There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
