After the coming of neet,There is no medical college in india which takes admission on any other basis than neet marks.NTA has made need an all India examination compulsory for admission into any medical college whether private or government. 

Without net you cannot get a medical college.So you would have to qualify neet if u want to pursue your career in medicine.ALL THE BEST!!

The School of Engineering, Chennai is about 40 KMs away from Chennai, 90 KMs away from Tirupati and a stone’s throw away from the Periyapalayathamman Temple, on the State Highway SH50A, a village named Vengal has become the place where the future of the Country is being molded.

The first batch was admitted in 2016 and will pass out in 2020.

Whether you get admission or not depends on the category you belong to at the same time it also depends on the state you belong to.If you have home state quota i.e if you are from Tamil nadu or if you belong to SC/ST category you have a chance of getting admitted otherwise it would be difficult for you to get admitted.

Placement record of Amrita Coimatore is quite good. You can easily get 4-5 lpa package easily and if you are really good with good communication skills then you can have higher packages also. The top recruiters for communication and sisnal processing are - Altair, General Motors, Diamler, 3dPLM, ABB, IBM India Ltd., Infosys, HCL tech., Bosch, etc.

This is a newly intorduces course at Amrita Coimbatore and so you would be exposed to the best of ECE and CSE courses and opens up newer avenues from where you could get placed or pursue your masters from.

ECE on the other hand would prepare you thoroughly for Electronics and Communication field related jobs

Amrita has good teachers for both the above mentioned branches.

So decide where your passion lies and choose that course.

Since you haven't mentioned the name of exam , i assume this to be your AEEE rank . And based upon this rank and the previous year cutoff , you have no chances to get a CSE seat in Amrita school of engineering ,Coimbatore as its maximum closing rank was under 2k for last year. But you surely have chances for Amrita school of engineering , Bangalore as its closing rank was under 7k for last year.

You can go for either of the e courses. But now a days if you are honed in Artificial I then you'll have an edge. The general course CSE will have all the common subjects of computer science but CSE AI will be more like a specialization course and won't entail everything from CSE. Moreover in CSE you'll have some subjects of AI also like Neural networks. So it's better to go for CSE.
