Hostel accommodation is available on a single, double, and triple occupancy basis. Accommodation is granted preferably to outstation students. The library has a rich collection of knowledge resources predominantly related to architecture and allied fields. The College has two networked computer labs consisting of computer systems and ten printers, including A0-size plotters, A3-A4 size desk jets, and laser printers. The labs are equipped with the latest architectural and other related software like Auto Cad, Revit, Maya, 3Dmax, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Page Maker, MS Office, etc. Wi-Fi-enabled campus.

The College has recently organised a guest lecture, presented by Ar. Kunal Bansal, Research Scholar, IIT Roorkee, on the topic of "Advanced Surveying: Total Station Survey". It focused on different techniques of survey in the field of Architecture and Planning. Later, after the lecture, the Speaker introduced the Total Station Survey technique practically on the ground in the beautiful campus of AIT-SAP. Students were divided into groups and asked to take different measurements on site using the Total Station. The event was organized by Ar. Vidhi Goel under the guidance and supervision of Prof. Vivek Sabherwal, Director (AIT-SAP).
