IIT Kharagpur already has been published JEE main advanced examination eligibility criteria. As per the eligibility criteria you must should pass JEE main examination to be eligible for this. And one thing you also should consider that you should be between top 2,50,000 students. There is also reservations in this. Basically being a General your rank should be between 96187, to be eligible. Which means you should have minimum 70 percentile to be eligible. How about this percentile can be changed and very year to year.

jee main paper 1 exam is for admission to bachelors of technology i.e B.tech course.

jee main paper 2 exam is for candidates who aspire to study in architecture, planning domain. candidates wish to study architecture , planning  need  to appear in jee main paper 1 and jee main paper 2 both of the exams. candidates who qualify for jee main paper 1 may appear in jee main paper 2.

since your target is admission to b.tech, you have to appear in jee main paper 1 exam only.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you have very good profile as you have scored very good percentage in you 10th, 12th and graduation but then also you should aim for as high as possible you should try to aim for more then 95-96 percentile then only you can expect a call from top I.I.Ms that is A/B/C as competition is very tough in C.A.T exam.

You are pcm students so you can join BTech. But if you don't want to this engineering course because you want to go civil service examination then you can choose BCA. Because BCA is bachalor of computer application and it's three years course. You can get any private company as a data analyst or consultant or any other position job in a good package. So after getting job you can easily prepare yourself for civil service examination.

You have passed 12 with aggregate 60 % mini mum

As we all know that VIT Ap and VIT Bhopal are newly established so you can get seat thereeasily. And as per the previous years records, generally CSE cutoff for category 1 for VIT Bhopal is under 30000 rank and for category 2 it is around 75K rank. So, you might fall under category -2 and can apply for CSE / IT seat at VIT Ap or Bhopal. For category 2 the fees is around 2.32 Lakh per annum and for category 3 it is about 3.5 Lakh per annum.  Other than this, I would suggest you to look for other colleges where you can get CSE with less fee. also, the placement records for VIT Bhopal are not that much good as it is newly established.
