The required qualifications for becoming astronaut is-
A Bachelors/Masters/PhD degree in the STEM field or Aeronautical/Aerospace engineering is the expected qualification that an aspirant must possess to become an Astronaut.

In India generally they select air force pilots for space exploration programs so one way can be that too.

AIIMS will conduct its admission through All India Counselling and so 408 might be tad less. And in 2019, under State Quota, 414 marks secured a seat in GMC, Bettiah under SC Category. So going by this a seat in a Government Medical College might be tough. You might get
