You haven't mentioned your category but if you are asking for All India Rank then you must at least aim for somewhat in between 250-300+ to be secured and get a guaranteed spot in top rankers in JEE mains and for JEE advance you must aim for 250+

HELLO SIR/MA'AM, if I sit for 3 hours long practice with previous years' question papers as per my preparation for WBJEE,then what marks should I aim to secure computer science or electrical engineering in any prestigious institution...

For various Prestigious institution of WBJEE like Jadavpur University,IEM, Kalyani Govt. engg college , one needs to score marks around 125-170 .
