It means you would have to get into the research field and into the pharmaceutical field.
it would require you to study a course at B.Pharm at the top colleges of the country like BITS and there are many more good colleges.
As per your tag i think your primary concern is regardingArmy Institute of Management, Kolkata. So with 79 percentile you will definitely get CSE or ECE department there by second round of counselling.

I will strongly recommend you not to opt EE at IIT dhanbad, since the faculty there is very bad and you have to depend on GATE or other exams for a better job.
There is only 2 to 3 faculty for this branch here.

If your ultimate aim is to do UPSC then you can join any of these college.As for name and brand both are equally good.But IIT Dhanbad is good for petroleum or Mining engineering and also CSE as the placement in cse are overwhelming.You can also for electronics in BHU
