Axis Institute of Technology and Management, Kanpur has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. Students are also provided training programmes on personality development and communication skills and help them prepare better for the recruitment process. The Institute also makes sure that they can help most of the students getting placed into various companies by helping them in every possible way. The Institute also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logical and Reasoning to make students practice and get better before appearing for the final Interview and Written test. Invitation- The T&P cell of Axis Institute of Technology and Management, Kanpur coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure. The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Registration- Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.
Slot-Allocation- Recruiters will then fix dates with Axis Institute of Technology and Management, Kanpur to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including Written Test, Group discussion and Interview.
Written Test- Students of the Institute need to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.
Group Discussion- Students of Axis Institute of Technology and Management, Kanpur who will qualify the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students.
