BIET Lucknow hostel facility is situated inside the campus separately for boys. Students are given accommodations on a first come first serve basis.  The hostel is equipped with a common room, dining hall modern kitchen, infirmary specialised medical facility, and indoor and outdoor sports.  On on-campus boys' hostel has a 400-bed facility.  AC rooms for boys are also available.

The college has tied up with a hospital to render medical facilities on the campus at any time.  All appropriate first aid medical services are available on the college premises.

BIET Lucknow library facility is fully automated and air-conditioned with a collection of over 40,000 books on engineering as well as management studies. BIET Lucknow library is a member of DELNET which provides more than 1,000 journals in the different fields of Engineering and Sciences.

BIET Lucknow has a beautiful playground for cricket, volleyball, badminton and others with all upgraded amenities giving space for students to flex their muscles and stretch their limbs to uplift their sinking moods and spirits.
