dear aspirant,hope you are doing well.now coming to your question,yes the seat allotment of any college given on the website is official.So,as per your query your name is not in the allotment list and also you got admitted in BIT Sundri,so in this case i would suggest you to contact the administration as soon as possible and rectify your problem.

Predicting JEE Mains Rank cutoff for BIT Sindri is quite tough.

But if you qualified for apperaing JEE Advanced.

Then you have better chances to get a seat in BIT Sindri.

Placements in HIT-K are good for core branches like CSE, IT and ECE. Companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM, etc., have visited our college. TCS recruits almost 50-60% of the students. The average salary package offered is almost 3 to 3.5 lakhs per annum for core branches. I don't know much about other departments, but if you choose core branches, HIT-K is a good option.

BIT Sindri

Placement scenario of the college is impressing. At least 40% of the candidates get placed from the electrical branch. Overall, almost 45% of the students get placed from all branches. Since 2017, placements of this college are improving. This year, the average salary package offered for the students of our branch was 5 LPA, and the average package offered for the students of all the departments was 4.5 LPA. Companies like Tata Power, JSW, Tata Steel, and Vedanta, etc., visit the campus for placements.

Hello Twinkle, getting BIT sindri would depend on your rank and the cutoff rank the institute is accepting. However even if you do not get a seat in BIT sindri through the counselling process, you can get in through the spot admissions since you have BC1 category. 

Upgraded seat allotment result will be soon released prior to the subsequent seat allotment round.

If you have already taken admission in BIT Sindri then they won't consider you for the second round of counselling. For that they'll ask you to first withdraw the admission as you would have already paid the admission fees during your admission. That would become a little risky but if you're dissatisfied with the branch you're getting you can definitely do so.

With cml rank 1005 and obc rank 227 you will get admission in bit sindri either in 2nd round or 3rd round of counselling.you will not get electrical,cs or it branch.but you will get civil ,chemical or production branch with this rank.so wait for 2nd round of counselling.
