The cut off marks for JCECE is announced after the declaration of the result on June 26, 2019. For taking admission in various colleges of Jharkhand, candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks as per the JCECE cut off 2019. For General category cutoff marks will be 195 and above.

congrulation for scoring a decent rank in a jceceb .you have a good chance to select in bit sindri.please go through counsilling procedure.select your prefer branch .you will get a seat in bit sindri.if you dont select in first round dont be panic wait for 2 nd round counsiiling.

Since you have ST category you may get CSE in BIT Sindri however, 2017 closing ranks for Computer Science Engineering was Common Merit List rank of 290. Back in 2009-10 the closing ranks used to be higher at 500 - 600 CML. You may or may not get Computer Science but you would definitely get in some other branch. So hope for the best!

ELIGIBILITY

BIT Sindri B.Tech course is open for the candidates with 45% marks in 10+2 (Science Stream). Final Selection to the program is based on JCECEEntrance Exam score followed by the allocation of seats through JCECEB Counselling (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board).

Candidates looking for Lateral Entry to B.Tech program must hold Diploma in Engineering. Selection to the same will be strictly based on JCECE examination merit list.

1. All admissions (except lateral admissions-10%) will be strictly based on JCECE examination merit list.
2. Admissions will be done through counselling sessions held at the Science & Technology campus of JCECE board.
3. The merit list will be prepared subject group-wise and the courses will be allocated on this basis only.
4. After selection of the course and confirmation of admission, the candidates have to appear at BIT Sindri campus in order to complete the admission formalities.
5. Document verification will be done at the time of counselling.

There aren’t any good colleges in JCECE apart from BIT Sindri as far as I know.

But you can consider other govt. colleges accpeting JCECE scores, if you just need a degree without getting much money out of your pocket.Some names of the college are as below:-

3. Government Engineering College,

4. Government Engineering College,

So per the analysis of the cut off ranks of the bit sindri you can easily grab a seat in the any branch of your choice .don't worry you can easily get it
