No, you cant get any branch and even admission in BIT Sindri through jee mains.In order to to get admission in BIT sindri one has to clear JCECE examination that is conducted in Jharkhand by jcece itself.Also you must have domicile of jharkhand and your rank should be atleast 600 if you are general.

The chances of getting BIT Sindri for 6 Lakhs rank is nearly not possible. So try to apply for some private colleges in your state to ensure a seat or else try to apply for management seats in the colleges so that you may get a seat.

Sir/Ma'am, Birsa Institute of Technology Sindri, college provides admission only through the JCECE(Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) conducted by JCECE board constituted by the government of Jharkhand. Hence I don't think the JEE mains percentile will get you admission in this college. But considering your fine Percentile, and reservation status, you may get admission in other colleges of Jharkhand, which consider JEE mains score. JEE MAINS is a national examination, so most colleges do consider the score. Otherwise you can try and apply for BIT Sindri using your JCECE score. JCECE being the centralised exam in Jharkhand may get you admission in other top colleges of Jharkhand too, depending on your score.

If then
You need to qualify BITSAT exam only .
The admission into BITS is taken through BITSAT online examination conducted by the Institute.
Now based on this merit list you will be allotted a particular branch .
So sorry you can't approach through jee mains score.
Try for IIT then if you really have good percentile in mains .

Hey there, you must be aware of that earlier Bit sindri takes admission on basis of JCECEB jharkhand. But from this year onwards it takes admission only on basis of jee mains. So no official information regarding the cutoff are available till now. But you can go for this college may you get seat overthere.

Your concern is about taking admissions in BIT dhanbad with this percentile in JEE mains which you mentioned there.
So as per my knowledge they basically take admission on the basis of JCECE entrance exam but still they take admission on the basis of JEE mains.
So according to the available record they take students who scored minimum 50% in PCM in their class 12th.
And student whose JEE main rank comes under the following mentioned range can go through it :
For general : under 750.
For OBC : under 1000.
For SC : under 4500.
For ST : under 7200.

Earlier admissions were given in BIT Sindri through rank obtained in JCECE but due to inclusion of JEE MAINS now, it has been decided that the seats would be alloted on the basis of JEE-MAINS AIR.
So, for that, you need to get yourself registered on the official website of JoSAA.
After paying the registration fees and filling of preferences, you will be alloted seats on the basis of merit obtained in JEE-Mains paper-1 during various rounds of counselling.

BIT Mesra NIT Sindri take admission from JEE score /percentile and do not look into your board percentage/score but they do demand a minimum 12th percentage marks that being 75% for general category and 5% for SC/ST. The candidates must have secured at least 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class Examination conducted by respective boards. For SC/ST students, there shall be a relaxation of 5% in this criterion.
So you just need to score good in jee mains and secure minimum board percentage to get into bit mesra. Best of luck

You from this year but sindri admissions will be from JEE mains and this is the first time so predicting exact branch for the rank you mentioned is tough but you have chances of getting bit sindri in obc category.

It is a worth college but you have to score descent in JEE.

our college has of the best infrastructure in terms of state government colleges all across India, although it is 75 years old but renovation is being done in our college time to time and we assume that by end 2027 our college infrastructure will be equivalent or greater than NITs.

Quite pretty infrastructure . Our college has a neat and clean campus our campus has a very greenery in nature. Our college has so much facility like auditorium, lecture hall,play gound, seven lakes and they all are renovating and newly made.

My college is well structured. All the branches have well equipped laboratories. Classrooms are also well furnished and spacious. All the rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities like furnitures, electricity, smart classes,etc. all the academic buildings have wifi installed in them. Workshops are also very good and knowledgeable. The hostel rooms are also good but have space issues. The hostel rooms don't have wifi installed but you can install one on your own. The hostels have solar panels so electricity supply is 24/7. The mess food are very good and hygienic.
