No You can't as last year only till 7000 rank was called for admissions. You can get some other colleges after Vinoba bhave university.

But as per my experience you have probable chances of getting admission but your percentile is not enough to fetch every branch you want but still there

No, you cant get any branch and even admission in BIT Sindri through jee mains.In order to to get admission in BIT sindri one has to clear JCECE examination that is conducted in Jharkhand by jcece itself.Also you must have domicile of jharkhand and your rank should be atleast

College Infrastructure
As per my experience, college infrastructure is not upto the ideal expectation. It is neither too good not too bad. Current lecture halls and laboratories are not good but new lecture halls and research centres is almost completed. Sports infrastructure is not upto the mark.

All new bulidings are good in design as well as they looks too much attrective like new admin building, lecture hall, auditorium,1st year hostel etc..but yeah old department building are not that meet your expectations ..
