The percentile you have scored in jee main paper 1 and 2 is too less that you will get get admission into bit sindri or bitmesra.

I will suggest you to go for your state entrance examination and if it is not possible then you can also go for a good private college where you will definitely get fee wAiver based on your jee main marks

I have no knowledge about these 2 colleges but i am also in VIT, so from my experience please go for BIT sindri CSE as the current world requires more students from CSE and IT branches and the companies offer them very good packages where as comparing it with NIT JSR civil, in civil branch the placement are very less and the pay is also not good until and unless you are a really bright student. If you have interest in civil then go for NIT otherwise please choose BIT sindri CSE.

Seeing previous year closing rank of electical stream of BIT SINDRI,you need JCECE CML rank under 500 for electical stream.If you are from other category then even from lower than 500 rank you can secure seat in BIT with electical stream.But this year,college are going to accept JEE SCORE for admission.Right now nothing can be said about jee cuttoff for BIT SINDRI since this is happening first time.If your jee rank under 50k then you may get seat in BIT sindri.

the jee main results of your according to you is 87.8 percentile .the BIT sindri,dhanabad the UG admission to the college is only through the GATE examination  and also through  the JCECE .there are only two ways to get the admission to the college.as there is no way to get into the college via JEE mains according to the information of admission procedure of BIT SINDRI,DHANBAD

As the admission for this engineering college will take on basis of jee mains. 

We can't say the exact cut off for bit sindri. Most probably rank under 20k-30k can get in it.

You can get admission in bit sindri this year. Your chances of getting the bit sindri college is very low but you may get branches like mining or IT here. You should apply for the lower branches here. You should also apply for other private colleges if you are unable to get the seat.

The official website doesn't have any data regarding the placements for students of B.Tech agriculture. I don't think they have the placement cell for agriculture students, for they have provided data for every other courses. The data is only available till 2013, there is no official record regarding the present years. Hence, nothing can be said surely.
