What will be the maximum cutoff rank for bit sindri in 2nd round counseling of jeece 2018 ?

I am getting Civil Engineering at Bit Sindri. Should i join the college or give a drop for Jee mains.

BIT Sindri is very good college for Civil engineering and assures placement above 80% with average package of 4lpa.

If you are well prepared and confident enough only then you should drop and reappear Jee Mains.
Else itcan be considered year drop.

So our recommendations is not to drop and

Do not worry classes will most probably start in first or second week of august. As soon as admission gets over classes will starts soon.

Is there any way to change the branch I have been allotted in bit sundri?

Hello Raushan,
Sorry, once you allotted college or engineering stream can not be change. You can only change it during counselling process. Once you finally allotted college, you can't change it. However, few college offer branch change it 2nd year of engineering, you can enquiry about this in your college

My cml rank in jeece is 1632 and cat rank is 309 and I have done counselling but the seats in bit is no more what can I do for bit sindri

Hello Mukesh.

In this case, what you can do is wait for the second round of counseling. There is nothing special you need to do for BIT Sindri. You can also apply to other private colleges.

Yes, you can change branch in second counseling if the seat is available till your rank in second counseling. Otherwise, you will get admission in IT branch.

College Infrastructure

BIT Sindri has a large campus with old but well-functioning labs, workshops and classrooms. Many buildings look outdated, yet the facilities for practical learning are strong. The library is big and full of technical books. Hostel infrastructure needs improvement, but overall, the campus is spacious and good for technical education.

Over all my experience in the college was very good .

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very nice the college is spread across 400 acres and there is new infrastructure and buildings being made in the college additionally the college received lot of funding recently for development of more infrastructure.

Value for Money, and balance in all aspects

Good infrastructure, since the college is old. The class rooms have smart boards, Labs are equiped with the required instruments, central library has all the books that is reuired for acdemic study and even books for CAT Gate GMAT are also avl.
