Congratulations on getting such a decemt rank. Undoubtedly, you can get a seat in BIT sundri with this rank but not any of the branches. You have chances of getting a seat in mechanical or civil engineering.

You have chances to get seat in BITS sindri and UCET vinobhave with your rank in SC category. You should apply for counselling and may be you can get in any round of counselling . Thus you should fill your counselling under SC category only .

Considering your CML rank and the previous year cutoffs for bit sundri , chances are very less for you ti get a seat there. , as one needs ap minimum rank of 1000 to get there.

If you are a student of general category then you have no chances of getting admission in BIT SINDRI with this rank as the previous year's cutoff rank was 700 in 1st round and 1100 in 2nd round.
You should try for josaa counselling.

I have got 54.5 marks with CML rank 2893 and CAT rank 556 in jcece.which branches can I get at bit sindri? I belong to BC-ll category.

Based on your JEECE 2018 rank, you have no chances of getting admission in BIT SINDRI with any of the branches and also chances are very low of getting admission in UCET also with top branches like CSE or ECE.

Hello aaditya.

It could be little harder for electrical branch . Top rankholders generally take up the branch.

But you have great chances of branches other than mechanical, electrical, and CSE.

2nd round Counselling is also conducted. You might get it in the second round.

I'll not suggest you to drop for Jee preparation s.

Mechanical is one of the best branch of bit sindri.
You have option then just take it.
Studying 1st year btech won't affect your jee preparation in any way.
While studying in BIT Sindri in the first semester,

College Infrastructure

BIT Sindri has a large campus with old but well-functioning labs, workshops and classrooms. Many buildings look outdated, yet the facilities for practical learning are strong. The library is big and full of technical books. Hostel infrastructure needs improvement, but overall, the campus is spacious and good for technical education.

Over all my experience in the college was very good .

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very nice the college is spread across 400 acres and there is new infrastructure and buildings being made in the college additionally the college received lot of funding recently for development of more infrastructure.

Good infrastructure, since the college is old. The class rooms have smart boards, Labs are equiped with the required instruments, central library has all the books that is reuired for acdemic study and even books for CAT Gate GMAT are also avl.
