Your brother's rank in COMEDK UGET 2018 is not that much to fetch him BMS College of engineering with branches like CSE or ECE or ISE.

His rank is a bit low but he can try for other top colleges like BMSIT,DSCE,ACHARYA,etc.

there is a small possibility that u might get a seat in CS of BMSCE but defenately not in the first initial rounds.U have to attend all the rounds of option entry including the casual round where u might be getting a chance if somebody has forfeited their

The cut off will be depend upon the previous year and aslo for current year even depend on the college also we can say the excatly what will be the cut off
