Among your KCET Rank and COMEDK UGET Rank, your COMEDK UGET Rank is better. It is difficult to get seat in B M S College of Engineering, Basavanagudi for your KCET Rank as well as COMEDK UGET Rank. You can try for some other Colleges or can go for Management quota seats.
But cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
You can predict Colleges for your KCET Rank by using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.

The infrastructure of our college is good. Wi-Fi is available everywhere on the campus. We have classrooms with smart boards and a huge library. Good quality and tasty food served is available in canteen and hostel. Our college has 2 more canteens. There are 2 grounds for sports and other activities.
The hostel facilities are very good, featuring a decent mess and exclusive events and fests for hostel residents. There are separate grounds for sports, and while Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, accessing it can be difficult due to numerous restrictions, which makes it less than satisfactory. Classrooms are generally great. Although they are somewhat old, they serve their purpose well. The library is also quite good, containing nearly all the books you will ever need, but it can feel crowded given the number of users
