Yes, with this rank you have good chances of getting aerospace seat in BMS College of engineering. And to answer your question, firstly both the colleges are good and they are among the top 10 colleges in Karnataka. Both the colleges have good faculty, placements, best education, hostel facilities and cultural activities etc. Coming to ECE department, according to the review BMSCE ECE department is slightly better than MSRIT ECE department. But both are equally good and there is no doubt about it. And fees in BMSCE is slightly higher than MSRIT. So, you can choose the college which is near to your place, so that it is easy for you to travel.

First think of the curriculum that you wish to study, between Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Electrical Engineering if you think of the recent trends, CSE will give you better placements.
