CIPET Lucknow Facilities

Students and faculty at the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology have access to a variety of facilities, including an auditorium for holding events, a cafeteria, a library with a broad collection of books, a conference hall for holding seminars, well-equipped laboratories and separate hostels for boys and girls. The students have access to both indoor and outdoor sports facilities on campus. CIPET Lucknow features a conference hall that allows for participation and information exchange during scientific/technical conferences/seminars /invited lectures/faculty meetings, among other things.

Boys Hostel
To accommodate outstation students, CIPET Lucknow has a boys hostel. The self-contained hostel offers a variety of services, including an internet room, reading room, indoor games, gym, lounge, and dining hall, as well as a constant supply of both ordinary and purified drinking water. The hostel also has a medical officer on staff who can help in an emergency.
Girls Hostel
The institute has a girls hostel that provides students with all of the necessary amenities. In case of an emergency, the hostel has a medical officer on staff.
Library
CIPET Lucknow features a vast, well-equipped modern library with RFID technology and a large collection of about 10,000 volumes of books, magazines, reports, and reference material for students to use to further their education. I.T Infrastructure
Students have access to good IT infrastructure at the campus.
Cafeteria
The institute offers a centralised cafeteria with adequate seating space that caters to the students' food needs by offering a choice of nutritious delicious snacks, as well as tea and coffee.
Auditorium
The air-conditioned theatre at CIPET Lucknow has a seating capacity of 250 people. The theatre is equipped with all of the necessary amenities. On campus, there is also an open theatre with a seating capacity of 1500 people.
Classrooms
All of the classrooms are architecturally designed to provide optimal natural light and air circulation, as well as LCD projectors, laptops, and whiteboards, among other things, to enable faculty to teach in an innovative manner.
Laboratories
All CIPET laboratories are well-equipped with machinery and equipment, allowing staff to teach students about the most up-to-date trends and technology. Fluid mechanics lab, material science and testing lab, thermodynamics lab, chemistry lab, manufacturing technology lab, physics lab, electrical lab, and other facilities are available at CIPET Lucknow.
Sports
CIPET Lucknow has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and students are encouraged to stay physically healthy. Regular sports meets are held, and students are encouraged to compete at the regional and state levels.

College Infrastructure

Best university to learn. It provides all facilities to the students. Lab is available and the library is available . Hostel is provided by the university with healthy and tasty food. Sports department is very good.

Experience is good but placement and career guarantee should

CIPET highly recommended if one have passion to learn something new. Full Freedom will be granted to learn anything if you are very curious to learn.Freedom is the main constraint which you will not get even in premier institutes.

The outer world will give you more preference in jobs and respect in the groups if you represent yourself as CIPETIAN.

Reliance Industries Limited, is the only company which used to offer the highest pay in the placements.

Many medium and small scale industries also visit for placements.

Average salary is around Rs.15,000 per month to Rs.20,000 per month.

I got admission in cipet lucknow,but I am confused which is good for me BTech in plastic engineering or in manufacturing engineering in terms of placement and scope? which stream should I choose ?

Hello aspirant,

The CPET Lucknow is verygood, especially for plastic engineering students. The average salary package offered is ranged between 2.4 LPA to 3.60 LPA, and this is what you can expect from CIPET. It's not that good for manufacturing. Plastic engineering as compare to manufacturing engineering have more scope and good scope in future for jobs .

If i do betch from plastic engineering CIPET LUCKNOW then can i appear for SSC,SSB and all defence jobs like AFCAT and navy and all.... and where i get job after done this plastic engineering...?
