I got 94000(air) and 27680(Obc-ncl) in jee main.Can I get seat in cse in jntu,cbit,grr with b-category in telangana

At this rank you have no chance to get CSE branch in JNTU, CBIT, GRR in Telangana. According to cutoff your rank is high so you have very less r no chance to get admission in JNTU, CBIT, GRR. No worries there are some other college that you may get with desired branch.
