Hi ab ,
With a rank of almost 5 lac its really difficult for you to get admission into any good colleges like nits , iiits , or even any goverment college.
So either you take part in any other councelling process or you can even take admission into any reputed private institutes like srm , lpu , thapar , benette universities.
Or atlast you can even take a year drop to prepare better for jee 2020.

Chandigarh College of engineering and technology (ccet) is also a very good and reputed college of Chandigarh and with your sc category rank you will most probably get admission in this college and also you will be able to get good branch such as cs/IT/ECE . So you just need to take part in the councilling process and you will for sure get admission in this college in sc quota.

Your concern is about admission in CEPT with this rank which you got in JEE mains. I don't know that how much marks you got I think you have a clear idea of marks which you gained. If talking about admission in CEPT with 30,000 category rank in JEE mains you may have admission in cept for your desired branch because the minimum percentage should be 50% percent in your class 12th and you should have minimum 70 marks out of 100 in your JEE mains so that you could take admission in CEPT.you can know more about CEPT, about fee structure and about marks cutoff by using the link which I am providing you below :

It is difficult to get admission in CCET Chandigarh with this percentile. Your percentile is quite like to procure seat in this college. According to previous year's record, the cut off for general category for CS is 27680 in OS category and 52780 in HS category.
You can try for other government and private engineering colleges.

See the rank u have secured is at all good enough for u to bag a seat in the good college like NITs , IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. You need to secure rank under 60-70 thousand ( vary depending upon the category and state ).
And for this, you have the secure 95+ percentile score.

Overall it is an avergae college for an average student
College Infrastructure
The college has basic infrastructure, like the basic lathe machines and stuff, not cutting edge technology just enough to get things going, the machines are poor and outdated, no standards of industries are met

College Infrastructure
Yes the college has ample facilities that too all in good condition. It also has two canteens. There are various clubs to entertain us so that besides academics we can take part in extra curricular activities.
