My jee mains rank is 108378 and my category is obc and I am of home quota, so can I get admission in ccet or uiet in any of the streams?

You may get Mechanical or CIVIL is CCET. But we cannot predict anything accuratley by last year cutoffs. Please attend the counselling.

I got 245908 rank in jee mains 2018 from obc category, can i get admission in PEC or CCET in main branches

Yes you may get admissions in good branch but in spot round so do not loose any hope

For 2018 admission what is counselling date and which process is follow?

Dear Gurdeep,

CCET Chandigarh follows the jee-mains rankings.it is government affiliated college and seat will be allotted through JAC(joint admission committee) counseling.

Sorry to say you can not get admission in core branches such as Computer science and IT in any of the NIT's or IIIT's because if the stiff competitions in these rising sector. Previous years cut off for all NiT's was below 10k.

College Infrastructure

CCET offers a clean, green campus with spacious classrooms, modern labs, and a large library. Hostel and Wi-Fi facilities are satisfactory. Sports grounds and extracurricular setups make campus life comfortable.

Its a better to study here

College Infrastructure

The college has a decent infrastructure with good connectivity to the city. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and whiteboards, though smart classroom facilities could be expanded. The computer labs have updated systems with proper internet access, and the library has a good collection of technical and reference books. Sports facilities are available but limited in variety.

College Infrastructure

As an engineering student, I find the infrastructure at CCET to be quite solid. The classrooms are equipped with smartboards, projectors, and comfortable seating, which makes the learning environment more efficient. The labs are well-maintained, with up-to-date equipment for computer science students, and the WiFi is fast and reliable. The sports facilities are good too, though the food in the hostel could be improved. Overall, the living spaces are clean, but there’s room for improvement in the overall hostel experience.
