No. Honestly, the cutoff closes at a rank of about 13000. You are far far away from that sadly. You can still try but you most probably wont get it. You should see other branches. So you may use internal sliding after 1st year. Or chose another college.

I would suggest you to go for CMR Institute of Technology over JSS and Dayanand Sagar. You can even take admission in BNMIT. Both CMR and BNMIT are good colleges with NAAC and NBA Accredition. I am suggesting CMR over BNMIT because CMR is A+ graded whereas BNMIT
