The college had a state-of-the-art infrastructure to facilitate top-class education. The laboratories and classrooms are well equipped to impart quality education. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled as well as the sports centres and the gyms encourage students to be active. Overall, the campus is well maintained and is a great environment for students to thrive.

I am an electronics and communication student. The college has excellent and experienced faculty who enable the students to excel academically. There is also a strong focus on entrepreneurship and hands-on learning at CMRIT. The Makerspace allows students experience the recent developments in their respective fields.

The quality of placements has been great. There is a brilliant program called TYL which allows the students to be placement ready through a series of sessions — ranging from interview preparation to competitive coding and aptitude.

The students can engage in a wide variety of activities on the spacious campus. From sports to top-notch laboratories, there is something for all your interests. The college is located in the heart of Whitefield, with a lively neighborhood in the vicinity. This unique place makes it safe with all the necessary amenities available easily. The students and teachers are very supportive as well.

It has everything like auditorium(AC),central library which is one of the biggest equipped with books .We have also a good labs for everything,classrooms,hostels are well maintained and you should not expect much from hostel food.

First year is common for everyone,we have to study subjects related to all branches.After first year you can change your branch if you want on the basis of your marks.I am a Electronics and Communication(ECE) student so I can say that ECE faculty is very very experienced and up to date.They know everything and which subject is more useful for students and their experience makes us very much comfortable with studies.

CMRIT College is offering good placements opportunities.The number of companies coming to college increasing is progressively increasing each year.Around 85-90% students are placed from 2021 batch and they are also giving the placements training and they trained you according to the companies.Highest Salary package in 2020-21 batch is 23.5 LPA and average package around 4.5-5.0 LPA .

i have to pay 1200000 lakh (including hostel).i don't regret paying that much because it is worth to pay and college is providing all the facilities and everything is so good and placements is increasing ,now most of the students are placed in reputed company with good package,so that i don't regret paying that much.

Our college has a good life and green campus .it is located in main city ,near college every facilities is there. Location is pretty good and everything is present near college so you don't feel difficulty to find things.

My experience is great.

Good, compact infrastructure. Well equipped labs, Students are encouraged to take part in various extra-curricular activities. Both girls and boys hostel is inside the college campus. having facilities like wifi, newspaper. Hostel rooms are spacious enough, well ventilated. Each student is provided with a separate cupboard/ almirah to keep their belonging. Food provided in the hostel is both north and south Indian. Proper Hygiene is taken care of

Good college with great exposure. Seniors are very helpful, Faculties are very helpful. Faculties encourage students, and help them in studies and also guide in projects. Like every other colleges in India, here also syllabus is old. It is VTU affiliated. Extra efforts are being made to make students interview-ready

In CMRIT avg palcement is 6-7lpa. If one upgrade/ upskill themselves then one can easily get placement of more than 10lpa. For the academic year 20-21, around 10 students were selected in Japenese company with salary of around 21lpa.

Overall good college. For me per year college fee is 2.34 lac and hostel feel is around 1 lac.

Good campus life. No Ragging, Healthy atmosphere. College is located at the heart of Bangalore in Whitefield, AECS layout. Every year cultural fest takes place in the beginning of even semester, in the year 2021 it does take place due to corona.

My experience is good. Faclties are quite helpful, supportive. I have spent only 6 months in college because after that lockdown happpend!!!

Hi y’all . Tbh half of our college days were spent during lockdown but my first year in college was insane !! It was one of the best times of my college days genuinely speaking . Co curriculum is highly encouraged in cmrit there are many clubs v students can be a part of and amazing exposure for multi talented students as well ... we have a great infrastructure at cmrit which is well maintained and the faculty is student friendly Soo v can take help from them without any hesitation! great exper.

It’s good ! If u can do multi tasking then it’s great ! Like I’ve got decent marks like 7 CGPA which is distinction in engineering Soo it’s pretty chill learning and implementing to make our human lives better is engineering and I feel it’s should be a fun learning process and not a pressuring one Soo idk atb

Idk yet I haven’t finished my b tech yet still an aspiring engineer!!!!! I’ve heard it’s good that’s why my parents made me join cmrit in the first place sooo yeah I think it’s great for placements as well atb if ur gonna join our college

I went through management quota sooo I wouldn’t feel it’s worth it but manageable

CMRIT has a good infrastructure overall. I like the Spacious parking lot. Classrooms are bright and wide enough with all facilities like fans, light and projector set up. Library is the best part of the college. It is wide and has many books related to academics and more.We even have a free cyber-portal login where we get free internet. I love the college canteen since it has a separate building with 2 whole floor. I love the variety of foods we get in the canteen, Washroom facilities are good.

The thing i like most about academics in cmr is that teachers are always ready to help clear doubts. Quality of teaching i would say is good , but it could be much better. Syllabus is same as every VTU college, But according to me it is not that updated regularly to keep in pace with the current technology. CMR does try to bridge this gap by encouraging students to take up various mooc courses. The subjects i feel will help me in placements would be Data Structures and Algorithms and Programming

Placements are good enough. Average salary package is 4-6 lakh package . Many good companies do come for placement. Training provided for placements do help a little, but i would say it is better start preparing sooner rather than later. Many students get placed except some, but at the same time it depends on capability of the individual. I feel i could have been trained more properly for placements. Placement process is difficult, but again like i said depends on individual's hard work

I feel like CMR was worth the money and time i put in. College fees every year is 80,000 for CET seats , 2lakhs for comedk and this is for CSE students. I felt i right;y invested in this college since it was good enough in academics and has good placement opportunities. Moreover it supports students with all project ideas they come up with. This was one of the most refreshing facts really.

Campus life is amazing. It is so wonderful with so many different people with different culture mingling with each other. One of the greatest thing i love is the number of student clubs in college . There are so many events conducted on all months , it is such an amazing experience to participate and learn. The college fest is the best , So many shows like dance, singing and fashion show too. The Dj night is amazing during fest. Another fun event that is impossible to miss would be ethnic day.

Really good experience. I loved the college , It gave me so many good friend and mentors to connect with.I personally grew so much from a shy person to a confident one by participating in so many club events and in the end be a coordinator of one. I never expected such great improvements in myself and am really thankful for the chance i was given in CMRIT

CMRIT has a very nice infrastructure. The campus area is not very big but every thing is pretty arranged with all most all the required facilities. There are well equipped labs, big and spacious classrooms with projectors, nice auditorium, library,basketball ground, table tennis court, two small grounds for badminton volleyball etc. and one big ground. The canteen is three floors and has enough space. There are casual sitting spaces also for students. Every thing is clean and well maintained.

CMRIT is affiliated to VTU ans so follows its syllabus which is updated frequently according to recent developments. The faculty is well qualified. Most professors are Ph.D holders. They have good knowledge about there fields. The college provides excellent guidance to students. They encourage students to do projects and provide assistance. Also special training apart from syllabus is provided to the students for placements.

Placement in CMRIT is good especially in CS and IS department. ECE and EEE departments also have good placements. Highest package: 10 lakhs per annum. Average package: 5-6 lakhs per annum. Lowest package: 2.5 lakhs per annum. Most students get placed during their 6th or 7th semester. Major companies visiting campus are: Wipro, Huawei, Hiver, Koch Industries, Atkins Global, FSI Global, Open Text, Sigmoid, Infogain, DeltaX etc.

Here is the fee structure of 2019: CET-86056 , COMEDK(CS IS ECE)-232710, COMEDK(mech, civil,EEE)-174498. this fee is same for almost all good VTU colleges. Hostel fee is approx 100000 depending on the type of room you choose.

The campus life is great here . There are many technical and non technical student's club which keep on organizing fun events every other day. The college also gives student a half day off and encourages students to participate in these kind of events ans activities. the college is located in middle of the city so every thing is easily reachable from here.

The Infrastructure of the college is really good.It has all the facilities required.The college has a very modern library which has a lot of books and research material. The college campus is maintained very well with good hygiene.

I'm currently in the 8th semester of Information science and engineering, the teaching staff is very supportive and encourage you to study hard and also participate in various competitions like hackathons and also seminars to build our skills.

The placements in our college is also pretty good. A lot of companies come to hire. Almost all of the CS and IS students get placed as there are many IT companies that come to recruit like GlobalLogic,Hiver,HP,LTI etc. The college also has a programme called Tie Your Laces (TYL) which helps us make our aptitude,technical and soft skills strong.

The cost per year depends on the way you took admission into the college. If you want a study oriented and also want to indulge yourself into extra curricular activities then this college helps you to balance both and have a good college experience along with studies.

The college campus has 4 blocks, parking lot,play ground and an entire building for canteen. The canteen has 4 different cafes. The location is located at the prime location which is the IT hub of Bangalore.

The college has all necessary and state of art infrastructure. All equipments in the college has been upgraded to meet with all the requirements of the students and teachers. When it comes to sports or any extra curricular activities, the college always supports you and encourages to do better. The college has a modern library filled with all sorts of books and research material. Every department has its own research and development centers where they push students to their best.

I currently am pursuing ECE and when it comes to academics, I don't think there's a shortage of any sort of support or encouragement from the teachers or the institution. The teachers always give their best to make things easier for the students and prepare them study related activities conducting like quizzes, flipped classrooms, etc. The college provides a lot of training for placements by conducting many workshops and training programs

The placements in this college is good. In general, almost all students get placed. On an average, the package of jobs that students get in are in the range of 4-5 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered was about 21 lakhs per annum in the year 2019.

The cost per year depends on the way of your admission to the college. Basically, if you want a study orientated as well as indulge yourself in extra curricular activities, this is the place of you. Highly recommended.

The college has 4 blocks, a huge parking lot, 2 basketball courts, 1 volleyball court and an entire building dedicated as a canteen. The canteen is as standard as it goes with about 4 different cafes and one cafe coffee day express. The college is located at a prime location. It's in the middle of the IT hub of Bangalore. It's surrounded by a lot of IT companies and fun places to hang out.

CMR IT is one of best engineering college in Bangalore. CMR IT has MCA branch with all the necessary infrastructure and the right ambience needed for the students to excel in their studies. The college classroom and campus are clean.

I feel the the curriculum prescribed by VTU should be updated and designed in such a way that more focus is given towards the understanding of the concepts. The current curriculum has so many topics combined which sometimes will be difficult for students to understand all the concepts within a short duration of time i.e., semester

The college is very supportive towards placements of students. We will be provided with Aptitude, Soft skills and programming related training sessions. MCA students will have opportunities to grab for the companies which are coming to hire MCA students however not all companies will hire MCA graduates.

Yes it's value for money. I have joined this college through a government seat by writing pgcet. I had opted for MCA lateral and approximately for two years I had to pay 150000.

The campus is amazing and we have all kind of facilities. A well equipped library, playground, gym, indoor games, Auditorium. MCA faculty has always been supportive towards the students and always encourage them to take part in extra curricular activities and perform well in their studies.

The teachers were very supportive towards me because I was working and studying as well. We have lot of opportunities available to excel and it's solely upon how we will be utilizing it.
