First of all congratulations for such a nice rank in AIIMS....you should prefer AIIMS and not any other college, AIIMS bhopal or jodhpur would be best.
As long as the college is affiliated and accredited properly and you have a strong commitment and desire and interest and devotion to your branch every such college is good. Besides studying you have to do projects as well as internships.
In my opinion ..Acharya is better in terms of cse
You should go for UIET as it has better ratings and placements.
