You can go for the CUET PG entrance exam. National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the CUET PG 2022 enrollment procedure on May 19 at cuet.nta.nic.in. The last date to accomplish the CUET PG application form 2022 is June 18. The aspirants who want to take entries to PG programs of 35 central universities and 7 other universities can enrol for CUET PG 2022 till June 18. Common University Entrance Test PG or CUET PG is a computer-based examination for entries to several PG courses like MA, MSc, MCom and LLM at 42 participating universities (35 central and 7 others). Exam pattern- No. of questions - 100
Each question is 4 marks. Negative marking of 0.25 mark.

If you are asking about KCET then you are eligible for admission to government seats based on nativity related eligibility norms.
Eligibility norms are as follows
The prospect must have passed from one or more Government or Government accepted educational institutions positioned in the State of Karnataka for 7 educational years or more commencing from class 1 to 2nd PUC/ class 12 as of 1st July 2022 and should have passed either SSLC /class 10 or 2nd PUC / class 12th exam from Karnataka. (Or) Prospects who studied and passed either the 11th or 12th class exam in Karnataka from an Educational institution regulated or accepted by the State Government and either of the parents should have studied in Karnataka for 7 years or more.
If you are asking about NEET then you are not eligible for the state quota.
For entry to Karnataka MBBS through NEET learners must satisfy the rules of the Karnataka, domicile. Aspirants not from Karnataka can opt for open and other quota seats in private colleges.
Domicile criteria for Students' government seats.
Students of government or government acknowledged institutions in Karnataka for seven years or more are suitable. Aspirants who have qualified 10+2 from Karnataka and whose father and mother have studied for seven years in Karnataka are suitable. If the father or mother of the aspirant has Kannada, Tulu, or Kodava as mother classes suitable aspirant is classed as suitable. Such aspirants will have to go through a Kannada language test. Offspring of defence personnel who have qualified 11th and 12th standard from Karnataka are suitable.

YES, it is possible for you to get OBG seat in any medical colleges through Management Quota, but the fees is very high for those colleges, usually 4-5 times higher than any government based colleges.
According to Admission Backup, 50% of total PG medical seats are reserved for candidates who have passed NEET PG. PG medical seat through management quota in some of the best PG medical colleges is 5% for NRIs, 50% in private colleges, and 60% in deemed colleges .
