FXEC Gym is well equipped with a multi-gym and a range of free weights and aerobic equipment - including a treadmill and two cross-trainers. The gym is great for building strength, burning fat, improving general fitness, or for specific sports conditioning. The gym is open to all members of FXEC who have received a basic induction training.

Library is the soul of any institution. It is a center of acquiring, processing, preserving and disseminating information to the user community with the motto of empowering knowledge, Francis Xavier Engineering College library has well trained staff and well managed library system to enrich the students community with a wide range of academic resources such as books, periodicals, online periodicals, databases, back volumes, CDs/DVDs, project reports, audio / video cassettes, and question bank. There are three different libraries in the campus with a built in area of more than 5000Square Feethoused comfortably in an air-conditionedComfort. The college resource centre has a good collection of textbooks, reference books, national and international journals, CD's, and videos. As on date, there are about twelve thousand books (including reference books and journals). The library has an on line catalogue and high speed internet facility. Bar code system is implemented and students can borrow books by producing the Library cards.

The college has a fully equipped computer centre with latest state-of-art computers and software.

The college has a well plannedcanteen that functions inside the campus to cater quality food and soft beverages for the students and staff from 8.00 a.m. To 8.00 p.m. on all working days. The canteen has a dining capacity of 150 students and serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine, soft drinks, fresh juices, snacks are light snacks. The canteen has a student stationery shop as well.

To cater to the needs of day scholars, the college plies its own fleet of buses. Transport facility is available for the day scholar and working Staff who are in and around Tirunelveli District.

The Alumni Meet at Francis Xavier Engineering College(FXEC) was held on 11th of November 2017 in a grand manner. The program started with the Prayer Song by the Choir of the teaching fraternity followed by Bible reading by Mr.Abhishek,Sofware Engineer,Infoview and a prayer by Ms.DeviPriya an entrepreneur. Mr.Kumarasamy, the alumnus of the college from the first batch who is the President of Alumni Association and who works as Project Manager with Accenture welcomed the gathering. This was followed by the inaugural address of the Chairman Dr.S.Cletus Babu. The beloved Chairman wished all the alumni grand success in their lives and in all their endeavors. An inaugural video was played depicting the college from the genesis to the pinnacle of success and today’s FXEC. The alumni of the college were elated to see this video. The alumni of the college shared their memories at their Alma Mater. Mr.Ramaselvam,Project Manager, Infosys was the first one to share his sweet memories at his Alma Mater.
