Which is better for mechanical engineering gitam hyderabad or gitam vishakapatanam

Hi Pranav,
According to me It is not worth to take admission in any of the GITAM university campuses for mechanical engineering course. The placement ratio for mechanical engineering branch is very less. If you still want to go for GITAM then try for off campus placements or start preparing

Batch of 2027-01-01 | B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering

College Infrastructure

the campus is modern, clean, and well-maintained with big classrooms, Wi-Fi, and library space for study. There are labs for ECE like Communication Systems, VLSI, and Embedded Systems. The campus has many other facilities like sports areas, auditoriums, and hostels. But A few pieces of lab equipment are not very new or advanced, so they could be updated more.

Modern campus, costly fees, avg placements, decent academics

Batch of 2028-01-01 | B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering

College Infrastructure

Classrooms are clean and comfortable, and ECE labs are available for practice. The campus is modern, and the library is useful for studying. But some labs get crowded, and a few machines are old. Sometimes students don’t get enough lab time. Overall, the infrastructure is good, but lab facilities can improve.
