Hey! Since you got 60 marks your rank could be predicted in between 7000-12000. Hence you can expect almost all government colleges too. You can get into Govt. Engineering college of Bilaspur, Govt. Engineering college of Bastar, Govt. Engineering college of Raipur, Institution of technology korba etc. Good Luck!

Since you are saing your boards have not went well. Though it would far easier for me if you can quantify your X11 board result as then I could had answered your query lot easier.

But still I'm assuming that you have passed in all the exams and also be the top 20%ile in your respective board, then you have qualified for JoSAA counselling. 

And if my assumption is right then your board marks holds absolute no improtance in JEE result. 

Since your JEE advanced paper was good then I would suggest you to wait for the result and for the official key to release.

You are not eligible for any NITs IIITs and GFTIs as you do not clear the basic eligibility criteria of these colleges. You have secured 62% in boards and this is below the minimum qualifying percentage set for your category. And OBC candidate needs to secure minimum of 75% in boards to be eligible for NITs, IIITs etc.
