I don't think you can take admission without passing a subject in your 12th Board Examination. You have to reappear and pass with atleast minimum required aggregate in that subject.

Hey! Since you got 60 marks your rank could be predicted in between 7000-12000. Hence you can expect almost all government colleges too. You can get into Govt. Engineering college of Bilaspur, Govt.
