There is no minimum percentile , that can be now said for any category. The cutoff for the college's and for JEE ADVANCE will only be declared by NTA after the April exam of JEE MAINS. It's due to the reason that the cutoff will also depend on the second exam as the best of two will be considered before making the rank list.

Based on your present percentile, your rank is approximately between 323727-363727, estimating the total number of students appearing in the April JEE Mains is 1152650.

Though the cutoff for this year haven't been announced yet, still depending on your present rank, admission to any Government College is not guaranteed in you belong to general category. Otherwise if you belong to any reserved category then you might get into any government college of Hyderabad.

You have to go for lec morbi because it is better than gec bhuj in terms of placement and education. their faculties are highly experienced and placement record is also good.infrastructure is also good enough.so that you have to go for it.
