There is no minimum percentile , that can be now said for any category. The cutoff for the college's and for JEE ADVANCE will only be declared by NTA after the April exam of JEE MAINS. It's due to the reason that the cutoff will also depend

Gec bhuj and lec morbi which is the best among campus and placement and infrastructure

You have to go for lec morbi because it is better than gec bhuj in terms of placement and education. their faculties are highly experienced and placement record is also good.infrastructure is also good enough.so that you have to go for it.

If you have done b.tech from CSE then no worry about placement. I think there must many companies have visited in this campus.
If you have knowledge and done with your primary choice in CSE, you must get many opportunities in future.

The fees structure is something around Rs. 25000 to Rs. 30000 per annum.
So you may just assume that total Programme fee would be something around Rs. 100000 to Rs. 125000.
